Zen Paradise knows that you do not like to tell your buyers, “No”. We try to keep all of our most popular products in stock with the largest numbers possible. We have 1-2 containers landing in port each month to minimize back orders and wait time. So, you can say “Yes” to your clients.
pricing
Zen Paradise pricing is extremely competitive. We offer discounts for large orders. These discounts are greater for pallet or container purchases of any of our products. Unlike our competitors, we include mixed pallets in our pallet pricing.
distribution
Zen Paradise works harder than all of our competitors to get you the best shipping rates available. Most orders to the East Coast will be shipped USPS flat rate which is the cheapest and the fastest …orders usually arrive within 2-3 days of shipping. We also ship using UPS and a number LTL companies. We are willing to organize multiple orders into an LTL with no additional charge saving you money and time. Most orders are shipped out the same day the product is ordered.
SAMPLE & DISPLAY PROGRAM
Zen Paradise is interested in nurturing long term relationships with our customers based on trust, communication, hard work and successful, ethical business practices. We offer free sample sets to all of our dealers, all you pay is shipping. We also offer free current lot samples to all your customers so they can be confident they are going to get the look they want.
ONLINE COMPETITION
Zen Paradise does not sell tile products on any online platform. Many of our competitors are selling their tiles online, many times for less than they wholesale it to their distributors.
