RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To Return Products:
All returns must be OK’d and confirmed by Zen Paradise customer service in writing. The original PO# number must be printed on the shipping label and within the package. The customer should take care to package the product so that no damage occurs during shipment. Returns will be subject to all shipping fees and full payment for damaged items. If a customer purchases the wrong item, changes their mind, or there is a Delivery Refusal, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, liability for damaged materials and a possible restocking fees up to 25%. These charges will be deducted from the refund.
Packaging the product for return:
The product should be packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipment. Products that are not returned in their original packaging or upgraded packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as liability for damaged items.
Refund Time:
You should expect to receive your refund/credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund/credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for the accounting department to credit the account. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Additional Return Policies for Tile:
We usually do not take partial returns. Zen Paradise prefers to receive all material back, in good condition, in the full quantity originally ordered. Please mark the boxes with the original PO# and return to Zen Paradise, making sure the boxes are repacked well, so the material arrives to us in good condition. Any damaged material and shipping must be paid for by the customer. An additional restocking fee can be up to 25%.
READ BEFORE INSTALLATION:
Zen Paradise products are made of natural stone materials with naturally occurring variations in color, shape, and size. Check all boxes to make sure materials are correct before installation. Zen Paradise is not responsible or liable for any materials after installation. Claims of variation in shade or defects of any kind will not be considered after tiles are installed. Please contact Zen Paradise if there is a problem with your order, prior to installation.
